My uverse service gives me a pretty solid 15Mbps, I think it is the mid-tier service. Unlimited voice and net costs about $65 a month, their deal when I got it put in was free modem and free install. Apparently the "initial offer" expired and they bumped the monthly up to $99 then tacked on $7

IIRC, they claim that the high current pulses knock the sulfate off the plates, which wouldn't be ideal, you want to get the sulfur back into the solution. From my reading it's the shape of the waveform that is significant. You need to use the internal inductance of the battery construction in
