I have a small electric (10v) brad nailer that is super for trim, especially
for kick spaces and other hard-to-nail areas. The main trick is holding hand
pressure against the back fd the tool to get good countersink. Pneumatic is
good too, of course.

It does on some of the roof edges, but I’ll be putting gutter guards on when
I’m there next time to keep the pine needles out of the gutters. That will keep
most of the snow out, too.

Definitely, the insulation guys will be doing this from below. Just having the
insulation sorted should eliminate the ice dams, and this house definitely had
them based on what we can see on the ceilings in a couple of areas. When the
roof is done they will install the ice dam material on the lo
I scored a Cardone remanufactured brake booster for my 2003 ML350 off of Amazon
warehouse for $120 last week. Retail is almost $400. Original box was banged
up, which was the reason for the markdown, but the booster was perfect.
OE new is nearly $600. I’ll roll the dice.

I have had really good results using grout able vinyl tile over existing tile.
It is recommended that you use a texture filler
On the original tile so that the texture does not eventually mirror on the new
tile. Best to make sure the seams do not line up on the old and new tiles as
well.

it, they're used to cutting around stuff.My parents used something similar for
their kitchen/dining room, looks like tiles to the point that you have to touch

You could consider a floating interlocking vinyl plank floor, that would go
down with no glue or anything. You might need a riser on the toilet flange, as
