I would say that’s a $6000 car, maybe. People will buy for the miles, so that’s
a big plus in their favor.
You have to admit, if you were looking for a car you could get in and drive for
another 20 years or couple hundred thousand miles, this would be one.

I would guess that’s an optional “Designo” interior. Especially because the
burl is not standard, either, so it was probably a package.
Looks pretty good for the miles and the price isn’t unrealistic. No tow
package, but that’s easy enough to resolve for under $200 and an hour’s worth
of work.

Except once the car interior cools off the vent temps become much more equal.
If heat was stuck on I'd think it would always be warm on that side.

So, how does your dual-zone HVAC system actually work? Separate heater
cores and individual water control? Modulated air-blend flaps? Your problem
could be on the _heater_ side of things, and not the cooler side.

I’m paying $4.45 for diesel (my Dodge and my Passat) and $5.05 for regular
unleaded (for her Outback).
They say the average price in AZ just south of $4, but for some unexplained
reason it is $1+ higher in Phoenix….where we just surpassed Five Million people
in the Valley….and they were all driv
We have yet to get under the $4 mark for diesel. Been awfully close. Not sure
what effect the summer driving season will have...
