I think the W211s are pretty solid, but I only speak from the experience of

I think the 2001 163 I had did have the storage door under the front passenger
seat and it locked with the key.

Bad sneakers?
Donald Fagen and Michael McDonald?
I was just listening to the theme song from the movie “FM” the other day in the
car. Remember that? The last time we saw them, back in the ’teens, Walter was
still alive and was touring, but he didn’t look good -
And, clearly, that was meant for the ML 350 sticky plastic thread.

The carpets were atrocious. Every time I’d run the extractor over it, it comes

Stuff like that is a roll of the dice. I’ve never had a W163 that needed trim
pieces or that I wanted to replace. You just have to look it up and see. I know
a couple of interior trim pieces for my 2003 ML350 were NLA when I checked a
while back.

Are replacement parts availalable? My '09 Volvo had some cracked plastic trim

But you have to admit, it is a beautiful example. But not worth anywhere near
that in my opinion. If I had a $100k budget to throw away on any car I wanted,
I would be looking for an original Acura NSX.

Gotcha.
Yup, it’s the crappy plastic that was used in that time period, unfortunately.
Just like the steering wheel buttons that are sticky. It’s breaking down and
outgassing, too. That’s why your windshield is yucky inside.
Isopropyl alcohol or acetone. Alcohol isn’t as effective and takes

I’m confused. Are you talking about the lining of the storage drawer under the
front passenger seat? If so, that is the lining, which is a nasty rubbery
concoction that is near impossible to remove and almost impervious to
everything, except maybe acetone.

Did the steam cleaning if the interior of the 350ML today. Worked well, looks
great with one exception: the plastic trim beneath the passenger seat has a

see it on there but when you try to wipe it off your cloth
