You'd be hard pressed to find a W110 that didn't have cracked steering wheel and dash. Sounds like it needs a lot of other refreshing, heater doesn't work, suspension rubber is shot. It's already been bid to more than it's worth IMO. Remember these were very utilitarian cars even at the time.
