The fuel pump definitely appears to be running anytime the key is the run position. Maybe the relay is stuck on, or bypassed because it’s bad. Where is it located? I do have a pop tester so can test those if needed. The air plate appears to be returning to the closed position with the engine of

The pump should only run 1-2 seconds when the key is turned on then stop. If its continuing to run, there is an issue with the relay or elsewhere in the electrical system. And, injectors should not spray when the engine is off - perhaps the fuel distributor is stuck. With the engine running, they
