Turns out it’s pissing out of the connection where the egr cooler connects to
the coolant port on the bottom of the left intake manifold. There is an o ring
and it either got left out (did not notice any left over parts), or somehow
slipped out of place. Whole thing minus the oil cooler itself.
I have not had a job go sideways like that in a while. I guess I’ve been
fortunate. The last time something close to that happened was when I took the
dash out of my Dodge and rebuilt the HVAC box. I put everything back together

spending hours on a repair to find it does not work.
