Got a Harbor Freight email, they have this thing for $6 down from $10.
No idea if it works or what, but for those who have battery issues for
$6 it might be useful to have one laying around. Of course if you go
there to buy it, you'll end up buying all kinds of other stuff too, so

IMO, your money would be better spent on a multimeter.

They sell those for $2 or $3 too, I have bought 3 or 4 and they are
great to just leave here and there for when you need one quick. They
actually work quite well, so far.
