Issues with the blower: Getting in the car, turning the key
and glowing the diesel, the fan comes on and blows. Then, turning
the key further to get the starter going (and actually starting
the engine) the blower goes off and usually stays off all the

Actually, securely fastening the flasher unit to the metal under dash frame
will transmit the noise of the flasher more clearly. A hose clamp works, ty
raps are less
You could also add a Sonalert, like a co-worker of mine did years ago.
Never! You can't imagine how much I hate those particular devices.

Anytime I can actually add some information rather than requesting it, I do:
I can attest that the cycling the hazard switch works. It cured my blinker
problem.
