DEQ is the department of Environmental Quality (AKA Emissions testing).

Nope, didn't get there in time. However, I see more and more cheap MB
Diesels every day, there's a 1965 190D for $400 up there right now. I want
to stick with the W115, 116 and 123's.

I'm thinking of purchasing the 1982 300D in the ad linked to my previous
post. Any feedback? It seems like the perfect car to tuck next to the
house and work on for a while. For not much above scrap price for a
running/driving car, I don't think I can go too wrong?
