We got caught in a bubble after they changed from rates based on vehicle
dimensions to a flat rate for any vehicle. Looks like they now have a car
rate and a van/large vehicle rate.

moved, it cost $1300 each to move cars from Hilo to Honolulu via barge, and
then to Seattle. It is pretty easy.
