Not a chance, the W115 220/240 has a vacuum governor and NO altitude adjustment -- the 300D W115 does, but not the W123s -- they have and anaeroid. Adjust the smoke with the max speed screw on the "throttle" flap in the intake, or the max delivery screw on the back of the IP -- you should hav
