OK, pulled monovalve out to inspect and could not find any visible tears.
However, when I pulled the rubber lip off of the valve, there was coolant
dripping out from the other side. Is this normal?
Now trying to isolate door lock system to see if any of the other vacuum stuff
comes back on
Are you certain the monovalve body is still functioning normally? Also,
make sure there isn't anything in the monovalve that's damaging the
inserts that have been replaced.

there is coolant inside the magnet can not move freely as expected.
If the rubber still looks good, then perhaps it is just inferior to a Bosch
one.
