On the passenger side at the bottom. Very easy to see if you p
I ended up pulling the lower hose. No drain plug. It was pretty easy though.

I bought an all-metal 300D radiator from Atlanta Stuttgart Auto Parts when
they were in business. I didn't notice that it had no drain
