Hard to say what their price is now after combining with KMart. ======================== Also, I suspect that some of the adjustable Chinese jackstands have proven unreliable. The local Autozone store has replaced them with the old pin type in a heavier duty design with four legs and a 3/8" pin. Sears and Walmart also sell the adjustables but I haven't been in those stores lately. The rachets on the ones I have, which were bought from Walmart, are very easy to engage only half way if you simply slide them under the car and rachet them up. Even though the rachet stands are very convenient, I'm using the pin type when I get under the car from now on.
