works or how to repair it would be at a real loss. As these cars age the top
cylinders are starting to leak, so nearly all of them today will be seeping or
have started to leak. It takes about 4-6 hours to R&R all 12
You failed to note that I have a W140 with the same engine. I know all too well
the tight quarters.
The top hydraulics don't concern me. They are very basic and easily dealt with.
You want tight? Try replacing motor mounts on one of these. I've done it and
have the wrench to do it.
