My Polei might be a good candidate for OM603. Runs and drives with a very strong engine and transmission. Transmission shop who did the adjustment was surprised by her response. Something about a Raped Ape at highway speeds. Low four fig clay 1974 450sl - Frosch - Two tone green 1082

I’m not really sure what the deal was with this car. The oil was way too high in the dipstick, like half way up it. Coolant looked dirty but no oil in. It has a salvage title. With auction fees car was close to $1300. That seems pretty steep for a salvage title car that has unknown mechanical

interesting!  Now that I have an engine from the SDL to use, all the 350SDL rodbenders with bent rods have dried up.   A 124 300D with a bad engine would be a good candidate too.   Maybe in a  year I might have time to do an engine swap.   Too many projects ahead of it now. Kaleb C. Striplin

I went and looked at this car yesterday. I put in my max bid at 475. It sold for $8xx. Car was clean and the low miles looks correct but it is listed as mechanical. Battery was not dead but unknown if it would start. Also, not shown in the pics is a huge dent in the rear where they must have

I ended up high bidder again on this but did not meet reserve. My max bid was $275. Seller countered at $425. Then came down to $400. I counted at $300. Seller came back with $375. I then offered $325. Then responded with $350. At $350 after auction fees its going to be about $578.
