Consumer protection folks at the State of Florida are after Frontier big time 
and asking for any and all complaints about their recent acquisition of 
Verizon’s FIOS services in our area.

I just filed a complaint over billing practices.  They have moved my billing 
date around twice, both times moving it so that I’m paying a full month’s 
amount for like 20-22 days of service.

The Secretary of State called their CEO last week and gave him a public 
shellacking.  Frontier wasn’t the least bit apologetic until the SoS started 
talking about fines.  Suddenly they’re all about customer service…
