Most likely done to have a better choice of tires. 13" tires are not so

sure I’ll have to do when I find a suitable car, as they all suffer from it to
some extent,
They restored a horribly cracked (look at the spokes) white steering wheel by
putting a $5 wheel cover over it?

OK, here's what I would do. Buy for $1200 and drive it daily, fixing it
gradually for a couple years before sending it for a repaint and total
restoration. By then it will be worth THOUSANDS.

Yes I know Oklahoma is a big state. I was in Langston last fall. A 190
