Pulled the W211 CDI into the garage yesterday to inspect the two bubbly
injectors and possibly replace glow plugs.
Couldn’t get the injector out, so I installed a new hold down stretch bolt and
moved on. Injector slide hammer tool is on the way from the Island of Large
Wimmen for later in the w
So I understand wanting to get the car sorted, but is this problem a
fatal one, potentially? Like will the engine munch because of it, or go
up in flames or something?
