Mr. Engineer says: _All_ normal ovens are convection. (And radiant, when
broiling.)
The correct term is _forced_ convection. I.e. with an auxiliary fan.

It’s probably 15 years old and I bought it for $100 from the scrap metal guy …
he picked it up on tybee and it was already setup for propane … .I’ve replaced
an igniter with a Chinese one
