I used this to torque down the gauge on my 500 gallon propane tank, but it's
far from idea for 20-25 in-lb tasks like that. Probably pretty good
The Harbor Freight "Icon" torque wrenches have tested well vs. Snap-on.
They are also substantially more expensive than their "Pittsburgh" wrenches.
I don't see any at HF that are in the in. lbs. range though, in any brand.

I bought one of these -
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009MBG4MG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and use it to calibrate my old click type torque wrenches every time I use
them. It does match the beam wrench I have, so I trust it.

Don’t buy a HF inch pound torque wrench. I don’t like the way they click (or
don’t). The click doesn’t seem to be very positive.
When I did the injector reseal on the W211 I needed a 1/4” drive torque wrench
that would do 7 inch-pounds. I got this one and was very pleased with it:

Hmm, I might get one of the smaller ones. I've never had anything that could
deal with inch pounds. I've got 3/8" and 1/2" beam and a 1/2" clicker that all
work well. I think the beam ones are both Craftsman, the clicker I got at a
yard sale. I wouldn't trust it for anything truly sensitive but
I saw an ad in Sunday paper that HF has the 1/4 3/8 1/2 click torque
wrenches on sale for $10 any size. I wonder if they are any good, seems
like cheap enough to have a set in the tool box. I have a pretty good
1/2" Craftsman I got years ago.
