When an Allen wrench tip gets rounded, I just cut off the damaged end with
a Dremel cut-off disk, then it's as good as new.

If you work with tools everyday, yes. If you need speciality tools (pentalobe
screwdrivers for small electronics), yes. If you don't do or need either, then
probably no.
