Looks like that only applies to coming into the US from another country -

I am not overly fond of marathon drives myself. This just needed to get done,
so I did.
I prefer not to fly due to the obliteration of civil rights. Given the
opportunity, I will drive. Most of the short hops take about the same time to
drive as the flying BS.
