One of the best investments I ever made was to purchase 240 ft. of 12 ft
tall x 42 inch wide pallet racking and set it up with the first row of
shelves 48 inches off the ground, so there was room for large heavy items
[whole engines, etc.]

Even in my little two car garage I have to do a semi-annual “reconciliation” to
keep things in order. Toss out old unused stuff, make room for new stuff, send
some things to deep storage. And I always finish my daily work by cleaning and
putting away my tools. That way they’re always where I loo
Yes, that is the plan. I have a couple of cars I must get done then I
do not plan on starting on anything else until I have the shop
organized. It will probably involve moving most of the cars out, take
everything off of the shelves and throw everything in the middle, then
start putting it aw
