Vista Dome!    Riding through colorado and the calif mountains in the Vista Dome of the California Zephyr was a great experience.   Repeated it in 1988 when we moved to Hawaii, but that was not along the Feather River Valley, but on the modern Amtrack route.   Not as spectacular, no vista dome,
