Yes. And by 91 it should have the new head and gasket designs.
Not sure why it wasn't turbo, though, as that had been well worked
out years before on the SDL's and the '87 TD in the US.

It does look nice! The turbo 603 in the SDL we had was a great engine, I
don't know about the NA engine.
