If a car sold/leased in Mass. is missing info, especially B4 1990, Blame the
Registry!
They had everything on paper and fought tool and nail not to computerize, so
if the data is incorrect or missing, well "There's may a slip 'twixt cup and
lip" !!

That is strange becuase they told me that they do not always have stickers,
but always have invoices...
