No, they are not. They are a part of an assembly that is the running board
itself. In other words, a new running board if you want nice little black dot
thingies. Mine are discolored, and nothign I do seems to bring them back. Not
sure what they’re made of.

Last time I looked about a year ago you could still get them, but they weren’t
cheap, of course. Send me your VIN privately if you like and I’ll check.
