Ja, Rght!! It is a planters peanut cube jar with a pound or two
of lead in a cloth sack in the bottom. Cost: $5 for the peanuts +
cost of buying or salvaging some lead. And you get to eat the
peanuts, with our without washing your hands. Your choice.
Yeah, I know... lead will

My back seats have been down for a couple of weeks since the youngest boy used
it to move his stuff back home. Is there a place to stow the headrests? I just
thought it was odd that Mercedes wouldn’t have come up with a means of stowing
the headrests like you can in the wagons.

with hundreds of gallons of cold beverages alternated with hundreds of gallons
of boiling hot beverages. I would never use one of them simply on principle, as
they look totally unstable as it is.

something in the bottom so when there is condensation it doesn’t drip into the
console.

I think it’s worse. Those cup holders in the dash can’t handle anything taller
than about 4”-5”. Otherwise they do get launched onto the floor. I’m thinking
that’s much of the reason behind my “java” carpet. Dang, three passes with an
extraction steam cleaner and it’s still there…I guess I could

Yup, not even close. And that’s not even including the 10 gallons of coffee
that the PO appears to have spilled all around the cabin. I truly have “java”
colored (and flavored!) carpet in this thing.

Got the Safelite guy here this morning to replace the cracked windshield in the
ML500. I was looking forward to getting this done, as it would also allow me to
resolve some issues I had encountered problems with previously. One being the
inoperative right side windshield wiper and my inability t
