Hi Everyone,
A friend just bought a 1990 300SL that needs some work. Soft top and a few
other small things. He is having a hard time finding manuals online for the
1990. He can find them for the 1989, but no luck with the later car.
Anyone have a lind or can point me in the right direction.

I do all my own work on our cars, even after my back operation. Our 1991
500SL is easier to work on than our 1992 600SEL. Our 500SL doesn't have
traction control (ASR) which is perfect for that chassis. On the 500SL the
major problems are the oil tubes

Both our cars are ODB1 so I had a Snap On 2500 scanner, sold it when I got
the Mercedes DAS software for a spare laptop. You can pull the same codes
with a Led light and some wires it's just that I suck at counting led
flashes, pretty good

Ahh Hurst had I not spent 6 weeks in the hospital last fall I would have
liked taking that Route 66 Mercedes Drive with you like you mentioned. Your
wit is always appreciated. Yeah somehow folks just don't want 20 year old
warranty information although the OnTrack stuff is pretty cool. It does
just don't try to sell them in parma without a peddlar's license

There are three manuals total. Condition of the three varies from better
than fair/excellent to immaculalte/unused condition. Pictures available.

Thanks for the reply Marshall. I've been to that site but a lot of the 115

Much of the stuff doesn't work with Firefox, but works fine with
Internet Explorer (not sure why)!
