The GP relay is self diagnostic -- if you don't have balanced current

Take the plastic cover off, it clips on. The fuse is an aluminum
strap held down by two phillips head screws. Make sure the fuse is
not broken or corroded under the screws.
The indicator lamp lighting after you start indicates bad glow plugs
