My daughtermoved to Austin about a year ago, leased the property on Jim Hogg Avenue and is in the process of supporting supporting local and traveling musicians in the Austin area.

She lived in Chicago for about 3 years after spending a year in New Zealand
after she earned her degree at Albion College in Michigan.
While in Chicago she opened a hostel catering to traveling musicians. She leased a large home and charges by the night or week with 2 to 3 semi permanent residents. When she moved to Austin she hired one of her residents to manage the hostel.
