Those switches can get dirty contacts, make sure there is power going to
the switch.
Door locks will have to be inspected to ascertain the problem.
Door trim is removed by pushing up, sits on hooks rather than the older
style plugs.

IIRC, the windows are diagonally powered, so your symptom
indicates a problem with or near the appropriate fuse.

Power window circuit running driver door and pass rear is dead.
Driver side key lock is not responsive either and feels loose compared to the
passenger lock, which is good.
Fuse checks out OK. Nothing apart yet. Where to begin?
