The 75 mg worked just fine for me last night. Took one at bedtime.

After I saw that ranitidine 150 mg worked, I would try 75 mg to see if that
worked.

Point taken. I find that eating NLT 6 minimizes the problem but that's
very difficult for me to achieve.
Problem is independent of diet.

Question: If I eat 3 hrs. before bedtime, then wake up 3-4
My doc suggested at bedtime as I mentioned before. It’s not going to hurt any
way you do it so try that and see if it works. If not try the others, see what
works for you.
The med basically inhibits acid production so whenever it is an issue would be
what to get out ahead of.

I am not a medical professional and this is purely my opinion on how I
would take it.
Try option b first, option c is your fallback if option b fails. Next day,
try option a with option c as fallback.
