It sure is. Mine is a '71 303cc, Arctic Cat used the Sachs wankel 303 from '70-'72 and a 295cc higher output from '73-'75. The 303 is about 19hp, the 295 is about 24hp. Max speed on my 303 seems to be about 50mph although I've still got some clutch issues to work out that keep me from hitting fu
