I tried the phone route for about three days, round and round we went trying

I have four snap-on ratchets that are shot. I have ran out of ways to try
to get them replaced or repaired. When I called the larger shops in the
area to get a truck schedule, I find out no trucks come into this area. A
few weeks ago someone posted a Snap-on link and I went there and emailed for
