Maybe he needs a computer, a pen won't really help him. In this kind of thing I rapidly get frustrated, YouTube is a good option, he doesn't want to do it he doesn't get to see the video. I'm afraid I'm censoring myself significantly here. In person I'd suggest a physical impossibility. Curt S
