Maybe he needs a computer, a pen won't really help him.
In this kind of thing I rapidly get frustrated, YouTube is a good option, he
doesn't want to do it he doesn't get to see the video. I'm afraid I'm censoring
myself significantly here. In person I'd suggest a physical impossibility.

Put it on Dropbox then he can download it and watch it and keep it. If
you need a Dropbox acct you can just go to the website and sign up, or I
can send you an invite and if you sign up through that I think I get
another 500MB or so added to my box size.
