I see some around here using booties made from polar fleece with velcro to keep them tight to the dog's leg. Have not tried it with Ben. i guess we should have done so when he was a pup as he is not all that tolerant of things now. We used to put a coat on him but he does not like that either. I guess we did not train him well enough with it when he was younger.
Hard to do though as most of the time it is not needed.
He does not even wear a collar unless he is going for a walk so has become intolerant of it too.
He wants it removed as soon as we get back inside our yard.
