Just a few questions.
Did the "new renter" sign the rental contract. Was it Notarized?
Does the rental contract have an "exit clause" for the renter? ie. loss of
deposit, 30 days advance written notice to landlord, etc etc?
Is there a defined term on the contract .. ie. "one year, month by
Perhaps. Whatever the case may be this is the weirdest crap I have seen.
