[MBZ] Rain gutter trim

Got the new rain gutter trim installed yesterday. It was easier than I'd expected. Getting the old one off was a little challenge, the metal insert stayed when the rubber tore off.  The hardest part on install was getting it bent down onto the A pillar but it looks way better than what I'd had

I had a similar problem when I did the 300TD. The trim didn't like having to make the bend at the top of the A pillar, which caused enough tension on the piece from there to the hood that it liked to pop off that section from time to time. Glad to hear the rest of it went OK. Not an easy part

Yup, it's getting to the mid 30's C here now. We've been getting a bit of rain every other week or so, which has been nice. However, with the temps starting to rise to more normal levels, I fear we might have had our last rain till October. On the other hand, that makes for more VFR flying weather!

Well, aince you asked --- after the flight where noise started to make itself obnoxious in the intercom and radio, and I found one spark plug connection almost off the plug, and 10 more that could be tightened by hand, I thought the next two flights were problem free, and I was on the home stretch.
