All of the R ML and GL were 4 matic in the US. I think you could get 2wd euro
though.

GL diesel too and it just seemed to not have quite enough power to move
it around, but it was probably adequate. The ML was a screamer. I
liked it but it was bigger than what my wife needed/wanted, though it
suited me. T
One of the very models to have diesel AND 4matic.
