I still think the W126 was the best car Benz ever made. No rust issues, drove
beautifully, and my brother got 29 mpg on his. Hard to argue with.

While the W210s are probably the most bulletproof modern Benz, there’s nothing
like a long wheelbase W126 to cruise in. Wonderful cars, definitely my most
favorite Mercedes of them all.

Dang, too bad. My parents had a Saturn with a manual at one point. The
clutch feel was "numb" but not a bad car otherwise.
