$1,000 to offset the buyer's expenses in consideration of the buyer allowing
the seller to keep the car. But I didn't read it very closely and I'm not going
to spend more time on it.

If the alleged “buyer” wasn’t a shill, why would he be willing to forgo the
opportunity to purchase the car for $20k? After all, the market is the market.
