Well, unless the boatyard did something that made your boat be at
more risk than it would be parked in your back yard, I'd think that
such "acts of God" would generally _not_ be their problem. But ju
#1: Don't let them get the idea that you don't want the boat.
#2: Don't settle for an estimate and attempt to take the money and do the
repairs with it under your direction. There can be a lot of hidden issues.
