the warning says river is expected to rise tomorrow aftern

And from what I've read, the The River is still trying to go back to Texas. The
Corp of Eng. keeps fighting it, but I imagine someday The River will win,
especially if the New Madrid fault goes again as a big quake. Mother Nature can
always out do any human activities.
