I haven't responded to his email, but I will. I need to cool off a bit first.
Long story short, he made some remarks about stuff that was disclosed in the
auction description, so that's all BS. If he had buyer's remorse, too bad.

Could be. Or after he got it he realized he paid at least double for it and

sent on Monday.

The left front fender and driver's door have been repainted, but whoever did it
did a really good job. You can tell they're newer paint because they're not
spiderwebbed like the rest of the finish. They even redid the striping, and it
matches perfectly.

> On May 30, 2017, at 8:10 AM, Kaleb
Did you assign the title to him, on the actual title? Unless he is a dealer
then he will have to register it in his name, he can't simply reassign the
title to the next buyer. If you did not put his name on the title then he could
just give the title to the next buyer.

Again, I don't have a problem with him reselling the car. He bought it from me
and it's his to do with as he pleases.
What I have a problem with is his misrepresentation to me as to his intent of
use with the car and leading me to believe he was keeping it. Because of his

So he paid way too much on BAT and thinks he can get even more for it? From
looking at the photos he is talking about the fender having been painted, but
that drivers door has definitely been replaced or repainted at some point.

While I don't have an issue with flipping per se, he's been lying to me by

Was it my 300D?
I can't imagine, as the guy who bought it doesn't know the car from a hole in
the ground, so he's having to take it places to be worked on.
I do screen grabs of CL ads I'm interested in for just this reason. If they go
down I still have the info.

Poor guy overpaid.
Unless there is a market for these things in Michigan that is unbeknownst to
myself, Mitch, or Micheal Esh, I'd say this guy is stuck with this car for a
while.
