Those 17mm bolts can be a tight reach, not a lot of room to swing a wrench
and the top bolt is hard to see at all. I use a 3/8 drive ratchet and a
short length of pipe to get more torque. Once you've got them loose, you
may have room to get a universal joint into the mix so you can get a wider

Bravo! The core exchange for my Infiniti caliper was $70, $10 more than the
price of the rebuilt caliper. Did you have a core for the starter?
