There is good rea$on why it was last flown in 2006 and has not had the
required annual inspection to make it FAA flight worthy and qualified for
insurance...
IO-470 engines do not survive well running "peak EGT of lean" trim... they
will make internal heat damage [very expensive to fix] .. so based
??? More than twice the expense and perhaps less safety - I'll pass. There
is a reason the used twins are cheaper than the singles ...
