Max and I went for brunch after picking up the 97E420 and as I was leaving the restaurant turning onto a busy highway, I was observing the various vehicles going by.  I would say 95% of those that went by in a coupla minutes were either white, black, or silver.  Very few of any other color.

The thing about an OBDII car is that the computers talk to each other and share diagnostic information that is actually useful. Using the computer you can target your troubleshooting so you don't need to shotgun parts. Think of the computer as a particular kind of wrench... -Curt On
